We had a fantastic stay at the Wildwood Lodge! the apartment was incredibly spacious and clean, perfect for larger groups of friends. the host, Kristina, was friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the thoughtful welcome basket. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the Blackcombe station and a great storage room for our skis. the highlight was the pool, offering a beautiful view and a perfect spot to relax with friends.

The lodge's location is incredibly convenient, being close to Lost Lake and providing easy access to the ski hill. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. the outdoor pool and hot tub add to the overall relaxing ambiance of the lodge.

The staff needs to be more attentive and helpful when addressing guest inquiries.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby ski lifts. The apartment layout was spacious and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen facilities. the public spa was a great way to relax and meet other guests.

The lighting in the lounge and bedrooms was inadequate, making it difficult to read in the evening. The cleaning staff also mistakenly took our personal facecloths, which were returned bleached.

The room was excellent with space for 6-8 people, ideal for a group of friends. There was a pool with a nice view and an international phone for free customer use. Perfect for reaching out to loved ones.

I had a late check-in and Sonya at the front desk was so kind and friendly, helping me get settled in. The apartment I stayed in had a comfortable sofa and the location was not right in the center of the village which was a plus for me. Despite some minor issues, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the pleasant scent of the provided Aveda products. Helpful front desk staff and ample supply of bedding and towels. a safe and enjoyable stay.

She even provided us with an extra duvet when we found the sofa bed uncomfortable. the apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were impressed with the thoughtful welcome basket and appreciated that all cleaning products were supplied. the room had a convenient space for storing our skis, and the Blackcombe station was just a short walk away. the service was efficient and professional, making our stay enjoyable. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 😊.
